It’s the treasure hunt of the season—and this is your second-to-last chance of the year to score big. We’re talking 500+ vendors of antique, vintage, farmhouse-chic, kitsch, and curious finds spread across the Walworth County Fairgrounds.

This is one of the Midwest’s premier antique events, and it draws dealers and pickers from all over. Whether you’re redecorating your Airbnb or just looking for a kitschy milk glass ashtray for Grandma, this market is your jam.

Say hello to the unofficial kickoff to “Lake Geneva’s grand finale” seasonArt in the Park is back, and it’s bursting with color, creativity, and lakeside charm. Hosted in Flat Iron Park (a.k.a. prime people-watching and picnic real estate), this juried fine art fair brings together over 90 artists from across the Midwest.

You’ll find everything from hand-thrown pottery and dreamy watercolor prints to bold mixed media, wearable art, and artisan jewelry. There’s even a “Just for Kids” creative zone, food trucks, a silent auction, and plenty of sunny vibes to go around.

🎡 3. 63rd Annual Venetian Festival – August 13–17

This is Lake Geneva’s Super Bowl of Summer. It’s five full days of rides, live music, carnival games, arts & crafts, funnel cakes, beer tents, a Bago Tournament, and one of the best fireworks displays in the region.

Don’t miss Sunday night’s boat parade on the lake—where boats decked out in lights glide past crowds along the shore—followed by a grand finale fireworks show that lights up the water like magic. FYI, Lake Geneva doesn’t do fireworks on the 4th of July – THIS is our annual blow-out!

🚤 4. Venetian Fireworks Boat Cruise – Sunday, August 17

Want the best seat in the house for the Venetian Festival fireworks? Try the middle of Geneva Lake.

Summer’s last hurrah comes in the form of livestock, lemon shake-ups, and monster trucks. The 176th Walworth County Fair is one of the largest and oldest in the Midwest—and it’s just a short drive from downtown Lake Geneva.

Expect grandstand concerts, blue ribbon pies, carnival rides, pig races, tractor pulls, and demolition derbies. Bring the whole fam or come solo and soak up the old-school Americana vibes.
